Our Story

From a research idea to a regional movement.

What started in 2016 as an experiment in turning food waste into protein has grown into a full bio-economy company serving farmers, NGOs and governments across East Africa. We believe Africa's most valuable untapped resource isn't underground — it's in the organic matter we throw away every day.
